I can’t log in to my account?

If you’re having trouble logging in, try updating your mobile app by following these steps:

  • Uninstall the app from your device.
  • Go to your phone’s general settings.
  • Access the app settings.
  • Find the ECOS app and clear its cache and data.
  • Completely remove the app.
  • Reinstall the ECOS app from the app store.
  • Log in to the app using your credentials.
How can I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  • Open the ECOS app and select “Forgot Password.”
  • Enter your email and check your inbox/SPAM for the password reset email.
  • Click on the “Set a New Password” link and create a new password for your account.
    Please ensure that your new password:
  • Has at least 8 characters
  • Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Does NOT include special characters like “!@#$%” etc.
How to submit a withdrawal request?

You can initiate a withdrawal anytime if your balance meets the minimum threshold. Minimum withdrawal amounts are: 0.001 BTC, 0.014 ETH, 40 USDT, 30 XRP, 0.042 BCH. The withdrawal fee is 0.0003 BTC.
To submit a withdrawal request, please follow these steps:

  • Verify your phone number and activate 2FA for added security.
  • Log in to your ECOS account using the mobile app.
  • Go to your wallet section, where your total amount in USD is displayed.
  • Tap on the small arrow under the amount.
  • Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.
  • Click the “SEND” button.
  • Enter your wallet address and the withdrawal amount (ensure the wallet address is accurate).
How can I verify my phone number?

Follow this link and provide us with your complete phone number, including the COUNTRY CODE. We’ll verify it from our side. Thank you!

How can I enable 2FA?

To enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your account, follow these steps on the ECOS website (not the mobile app):

  • If you don’t have a 2FA app, download one (e.g., Google Authenticator).
  • Go to your ECOS profile on the web version.
  • Navigate to Settings -> Two-Factor Authentication.
  • Scan the displayed QR code.
  • The app will generate a confirmation code; enter it in your account.
    Once completed, 2FA will be activated for added security.
